Rimmel London Scandaleyes Flex Mascara

Hey guys! So this is my first post :) I'm Dhruti the second half of our duo and what you'll learn in the future is that I'm the one that's obsessed with mascara! So obviously my first post is going to be a review on my new favorite mascara the Rimmel Scandaleyes Flex.

So, I decided to go with the flex instead of the normal Scandaleyes mascara because the packaging said that the lashes would be more flexible, which intern means more natural. I personally am not a fan of rigid lashes so this was perfect for me.

So this mascara has a bristle wand instead of a plastic wand which helps with volume. I was scared because I have found that mascara clumps more with bristle wands, but when I tried it out I was pleasantly surprised. :)

The wand is also HUGE! It's like three times the size of my nail bed! I have found that the larger the wand the larger the volume, but also the larger the MESS around the eyes. It tends to get hard to not hit your eyelid with the wand and mess up all your makeup. Just have to have a steady hand and avoid putting on your mascara in the car.

I have some pictures for you guys from when I tried it on.

This is before applying the Scandaleyes Flex mascara. My lashes really require volume and length.

After applying the mascara you can clearly see the difference. My lashes were longer and much fuller. They were clearly visible unlike before. I applied two coats to my lashes waiting for the first coat to dry before applying the second. After application my lashes still felt normal, not much heaver and definitely were not brittle. They also did not clump up much at all, they still seemed fairly natural. They overall felt and looked amazing!

I highly recommend this mascara which is a great value for its $5.00 price tag. It provides both very good volume and length. I will be repurchasing this product.

Thanks guys!
